The Small Village hotel and maisonettes Kos island

“The Small Village”  outskirts
of Mastichari of Kos island, built on seven asymmetrical levels staring at the Aegean Sea ,offers to its guests the atmosphere of a village along with  the comforts of modern living.

This agricultural tourism oriented property is located on the hills near the sea 500m away, and about 4km outside the village of Mastichari, The Small Village nicely tucked away from the crowds. The airport is 5km away.

The hotel resembles a small village spread gradually on the hill, surrounded by 20.000 sqm of farmland and natural environment. It comprises of 3 neighborhoods, Upper, Central and Lower with clusters of attached traditional maisonette style buildings in each, resting among gardens and connected by stone paths.
The ground floor apartment style rooms are large (about 55 sqm) and are decorated in a minimal rustique style, traditional in a sense yet modern: Iron wrought beds, wooden furniture, stone tile elements etc. They come with a kitchenette, air conditioning, satellite TV.

The restaurant resembles a village tavern, with the timeless wicker and wood chairs and arranged in an open plan. The glass panels allow nice views of the sea. The menu is Mediterranean, and the majority of ingredients is organic, grown at the hotel's farms within the complex.
