Right in the middle of the "village" is "Hotel de Paris" and its Casino. A stone's throw away (10 minutes drive by car) lies the litte village of Eze, where while having lunch at "Chateau de la Chevre d'Or" you can enjoy the wonderful view, high above the sea.

The months of July and August are the hottest months, while spring and autumn are perfect times to travel to Monaco as temperatures are at their mildest.

  1. I too have visited the Chateau of Chevre d'Or and also highly recommend. The Michelin starred restaurant is fantastic and has incredible panoramic views over the Cote d'Azur from Cap Ferrat to Monaco.

    Nearby is the charming 'Moyenne Corniche' coastal road that runs from Nice to Menton - perfect to drive in a convertible car with the wind in your hair.
